Keep Our Healthy



There are some steps to make our body keep healthy. The keep healthy is very important because it is support to our daily activity everyday. If we are sick we can’t do any activity. Some people constantly sick because they don’t apply healthy lifestyles. Our body is healthy if we apply healthy life styles such as, sport, health food and drink, and be healthy in our daily activity.
First, we have doing sport routinely. Sport is movement all of unity in our body’s. Doing sport make our blood is still smoothly and also keep our stamina. We can do any kinds of sport like swimming, fitness, jogging, playing foot ball, playing cheese and etc.
Second, we have to eating better food that contains of any nutrition’s. Some of fruits, meat, and vegetables are very good for our bodies.  It s contains of nutrition’s that required by our body’s. And we can also consume some multivitamin and other healthy drug for maintaining our healthy. We should avoid dangerous drinks and food such as, alcohol, smoking, pig meat and etc.
Third, we have to maintain cleanliness of our bodies and our environment. To get a healthy we have to make cleanliness our bodies and our environments. We must make our homes still clean, our clothes, the environment around us, and where we are. Hygiene will keep us from all kinds of disease. We have to keep cleanliness because cleanliness is part of a healthy and faith.
In conclusion, we know if keep the healthy is very valuable. So, let’s keep our healthy everyday with healthy life styles such as, sport, health food and drink, and maintaining the health of our bodies and also our environments. It’s very simple and easy but is very important. /agus mirwan
